A particularly sleek design, high sides, elegant curves and a flat bottom for easy cleaning, the Emile Henry flan dish is perfect for making delicious quiches, pies and tarts all year round.
Made from HR® ceramic, it is highly resistant for everyday use and keeps the contents hot right through the meal. It can be used in the traditional oven and microwave, and can be cleaned in the dishwasher.
Withstand temperatures between –20 ºC to +270 ºC.
Can be used in gas and electric ovens, micro-wave oven, refrigerator and are dishwasher safe.
Must not be used on cooktops or open flame.
Do not place your hot dish on a cold and/or hot surface.
The dishes are very easy to clean by hand or dishwasher.
