Terms of Use
1. You can purchase goods from the online store by choosing the right color and adding the product to the shopping cart. Goods cannot be purchased if the product has the following note: “the product is no longer in stock in this version, but others are available”. If you are interested in a product that is currently unavailable, we recommend that you contact us by e-mail, info@kitchen24.eu or by phone +372 5550 9561, to receive information about the arrival of the product or to place a special order.
2. Product images are for illustrative purposes only.
3. The price and availability of products may change. The buyer is subject to the prices valid at the time of placing the order. If the order cannot be fulfilled, the online store will contact the buyer and refund the money. The online store reserves the right to withdraw from the transaction if the price of the goods is displayed incorrectly (technical error, human error, etc.). In this case, the money will be refunded to the buyer.
4. If the buyer has a valid voucher (COUPON) discount code, they must start purchasing the product by going to the link "Add to cart" and entering the discount code in the "coupon" field and pressing the "ok" button. The system displays the new discount price.
5. The buyer selects the delivery method and location (Smartpost, DPD Courier or pick up). Shipping costs are added to the product price.
6. Products can be paid for through a suitable bank link, card payment or bank transfer. If the order is not paid for within 2 working days, the e-store has the right to cancel the order.
7. The e-store's cooperation partner, the recipient of payments (through bank links and card payments), is Maksekeskus AS.
8. You can also pay using Leasing payment.
9. You can also pay for products through the “Payment on delivery” COD (cash on delivery) service offered by DPD or Venipak Courier.
After entering your order and your details in our online store, you select DPD or Venipak Courier as the shipping method.
You select “Payment on delivery” as the payment method.
A confirmation of the order for the goods will be sent to you by e-mail, where you will see the exact amount that you need to hand over to the courier.
DPD Courier will bring you the goods and you will pay the courier in cash the amount that was on the order confirmation sent to you.
You can pay the courier in cash or by bank card.
The courier will issue a document to prove that you have received the goods and paid for them.

Important to know:
* When paying for the goods in cash, the courier must have the exact amount of money!
* Check that the address, phone number and e-mail address are correct when entering the data!
* The total cost of the goods in the case of the COD cash service must not exceed 1278 EUR including VAT!
10. The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided. The seller is not responsible for the consequences caused by inaccurately entered data.
11. The goods will be delivered within 2-6 working days.
12. If you want to purchase the product in the name of a company, when filling in the data in the Shopping Cart, write the company name in the "First name or company name" field and the name of the person to contact in the "Last name" field.
13. The buyer has the right to notify the e-store of their wish to withdraw from the contract within 14 days. The returned product must be complete, in its original packaging and the goods must not have been used. The buyer returns the goods and pays the shipping costs. The goods must be returned to the “Home Decor” warehouse, Läike tee 18, Peetri, Harju County 75312. Product handover arrangements should be made in advance by phone: +372 5550 9561. To return the goods, please send an e-mail to info@kitchen24.eu with the following information: The goods to be returned, invoice number, bank account number to which the money should be returned. The money will be returned no later than 14 days from the return of the goods.
14. Home Decor is responsible for non-conformity and defects of the products that appear within 2 years from the transfer of the product to the buyer. The time limit for filing a claim for a private individual is 2 years. During this period, if the complaint is justified, the buyer has the right to free repair of the product. Home Decor is not responsible for defects that have arisen from misuse and normal wear and tear of the product. The buyer must submit purchase documents that prove the date of purchase and that the goods were purchased from Home Decor OÜ. If the serial number has been removed from the product, possible complaints about defects will not be satisfied. Please send complaints regarding product defects by e-mail to info@kitchen24.eu.
15. If the purchased product requires after-sales service, maintenance, etc., it can be brought to the Home Decor OÜ warehouse at Läike tee 18, Peetri, Harju County 75312 or another location that is convenient for both parties (Kitchenaid's physical point of sale) agreed with the e-shop.
Privacy & data protection:
Personal data obtained during the visit to the online store and the purchase are treated as confidential information and are not forwarded to third parties except in cases prescribed by law. The customer's personal data that is necessary for the delivery of the goods to the customer is forwarded to the company providing the courier service. If installment payment is selected as the payment method, the online store has the right to forward the customer's personal data to the relevant company providing the installment payment.
The online store's cooperation partner for accepting bank link payments and card payments is Maksekeskus AS. By agreeing to the terms of use, the buyer agrees that Maksekeskus AS processes the buyer's personal data in the manner, form and extent necessary for the purchase of the service.
When paying for purchases, data communication with banks is encrypted, so the online store does not have access to the buyer's personal bank details.
