De Buyer pans are made of steel, 100% natural mineral material.
The Mineral B series is coated with wax, which must be washed with hot water before use.
During use, the pans darken and acquire non-stick properties.
The darker the pan, the better the natural non-stick properties.
Ideal for baking, roasting, grilling. Heavy-duty non-deformable pan.
A natural non-stick coating is used during use. Before use, heat the pan with oil until it starts to smoke. Then clean with a paper towel.
Curved, French-style, ergonomic comfortable handle.
Not dishwasher safe. Wash with hot water.
